If you are returning an order that was $500.00 or under you do not require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Simply return your order to CleverSilver with a copy of your original order receipt. All merchandise must be in new unworn condition.

From the receipt date of your package to the day you request a Return Authorization Number (RAN), the actual shipping day of the returned package must be within 3 days of the receipt of the RAN number. If you do not receive an email with the shipping address of our returns center and your RAN number within 48 hours, please contact our customer support team.
